Affordable Beginner Yoga Classes!
YOGA! Beginning yoga classes will start Mid-October on Monday and Wednesday mornings Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Three sparring tips: By: Mr. Hunt Round Kick with your front leg: A back leg round kick takes longer to execute and a sharp opponent will see it coming.
Keep it simple Throw one or two simple techniques then move out of your opponent’s reach.
Don’t try to overpower it will slow you down RELAX. Strive for quickness not power. Snap kicks back.

Tips to improve your martial art skills 3/2010
Hamstring stretch to improve your front kicks and wheel kicks. Feet shoulder width apart - relax neck and let your head drop down - touch the floor with your finger tips or as far as you can go. Bend knees slightly if you needed. Hold for about 30 seconds. Repeat a few times daily.
Cardio workout and memory improvement: Practice a form quickly to memorize the sequence of moves, blocks and kicks....
